Cleppa Park is situated between Cardiff and Newport within a half mile of Junction 28 of the M4 motorway.

Cleppa 4 occupies a prominent elevated position to the south of the M4 motorway. The area has become an established and popular location for B1 offices, call centres and R & D. The development is strategically situated at the heart of the South East Wales commercial area with the adjoining 2.4 million sq.ft. electronic assembly and semi-conductor plant originally constructed for LG in 1997, whilst Lloyds TSB, Panasonic, NTL and EADS Defense and Security Systems Ltd are also located nearby.

The M4 motorway provides swift access to both Cardiff and the West of England. London can be reached in just over 90 minutes by rail from Newport.
